Rules and Disclaimer
By participating in the 100 Pool Lottery Promo, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Pennywise Pools looks forward to celebrating with you as you embark on the journey to create your dream pool in 2024!
- 2024 Contracts Only: This promotion is valid exclusively for contracts signed with Pennywise Pools in the year 2024. Any contracts signed before or after this period are not eligible for participation.
- Client Tax Responsibility: Participants are responsible for any city, state, or federal taxes associated with the promotion. Pennywise Pools will not cover any tax obligations related to the reimbursement.
- Pool Completion Requirements: To qualify for the 100 Pool Lottery drawing, the respective pool must be successfully dug, and the first draw payment must be completed within the stipulated terms and conditions of the contract.
- Employee Ineligibility: No employees of Pennywise Pools or its affiliates are eligible to participate in this promotion. This includes current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of employees.
- Non-Combinable Promotion: This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers. Participants must choose to benefit from either this promotion or any other promotional offering at the time of contract signing.
- Promotion Duration: The 100 Pool Lottery Promo will continue until Pennywise Pools has successfully dug 100 pools. Participants must sign their contracts and meet all eligibility criteria before the completion of the 100th pool to be included in the drawing.
- Drawing Announcement: The drawing for the $39,900 reimbursement will take place once the 100th pool is completed. The announcement will be made via Facebook Live, and participants are encouraged to tune in to witness the exciting reveal.
- Participant Notification: Winners will be notified through the contact information provided in their contract. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
- Pennywise Pools’ Decision: Pennywise Pools reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules and regulations at its discretion. The decisions made by Pennywise Pools regarding the promotion, eligibility, and prize distribution are final and binding.
